Lita Rossana Ford, also known as Lita Ford, is an American musician, singer and guitarist who was born in the UK. She was the lead guitarist in The Runaways, a hard-rock group made up of girls in late 1970s. Their punkish music and provocative lyrics helped them get recognized by the rock world. However, the popularity of her career was not lasting and over the course of several years she went under the radar. In 1995 she debuted 'Black' and 15 years later 'Wicked Wonderland. The album she released was Time Capsule in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine gave her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
