Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is an American model, singer-songwriter actress. Most famous for her role as Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in television and film shows like How to Be Single Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, has older siblings Sloane Momsen. She trained in dance at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. When she was three she commenced her acting career as a professional in an iconic Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's acting career was put off for more than three years, until she was cast in the lead role in the film Misconceptions. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh in a movie from 2006. She also auditioned for the role of Momsen to be the lead character as the lead character in Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 but Miley was given the part.
